To achieve at school, every step of every student’s educational journey must be tailored to suit their personal needs. Every single step. Their strengths, their weaknesses, their individual learning style and even their personality should be completely understood by those guiding them.
This provides a solid foundation for the student to actually practise what they have learnt. They will develop confidence and independence. They will continue to progress, further and further.
After all, the end goal of the learner is to learn, and in doing so, achieve.
